Restraint

In lab today, our experiment consisted of the separation of the components of a mixture. The mixture consisted of Sea Salt, Sand, and Naphthalene or in other words the stuff they add to cotton balls to make moth balls.

When the teacher said "Moth Balls" I was able to restrain myself from raising my hand and asking "Have you ever smelled moth balls?". Oh it was so difficult. I did ask my lab partner though. The poor guy walked right into it.

"Have you ever smelled moth balls?"
"Yeah."
"How do you get their little legs apart?"
"What?"

I almost asked him if he has ever seen an egg plant....

Is your lab partner married to my coworker who was surprised that Thanksgiving was on Thursday this year, because it fell on Thursday last year also? This is also the same one who asked how long it took to truck a shipment to the US from Great Britain...
Stupid people make me laugh.

I think your lab partner and some of the students in my lab need date. There is are two girls in my lab that fainted when we cut a rat open earlier this year. Now yes that can be tramatizing, but when you are going into nursing that should give you a hint......"Nurse scaple please ..... Nurse... Nurse.... Oh gosh she fainted again."
