Sixth Grade

I don't really know what made me think of this memory, but I laughed out loud when it came to mind.

A good 18 years ago I was in sixth grade, sitting at the lunch table finishing lunch. I think I was still fairly new in the school as I was sitting at the end of the table eating my lunch next to the "bad" boys of the class. I really didn't know where to sit those days, as I was a shy outcast.

I believe I had a brown bag lunch with a High C / punch drink. When all of a sudden one of the "bad" kids hauched a loogy onto his plastic spoon. As the spittle in question dangled from the spoon to the table, everyone was enthralled. I quietly sat there gaging. I gaged so bad that I thew up all over the table and then sat there in shock. I remember the kid with the spoon laughing at what his work of art, and then casually look around. Once he spotted my design on the table, he instantly jumped up from the table, jumped up and down with his arms and hands flapping. He also started to scream "Ewe ewe ewe".

At that point I felt it was time to scrape up my mess and go wash up. I was so embarrassed, as some of the spill off landed on my new pants. No amount of washing in the bathroom could get rid of the red stain on my pants.

I don't know what ever happened after that, as I didn't have a nickname that I can recall.

1. Did you date someone from your school? No. I did want to date Erin Bowie, I thought she was cute... a Miss Priss... but those are the ones I usually go after...

6. Were you considered a flirt? Is "Smart Ass" the same as a flirt? Then No.

7. Were you in band, orchestra, or choir? Ugh.. .no

8. Were you a nerd? If cheating off your neighbor's paper is the same as a nerd....

9. Did you get suspended/expelled? No, I was a good kid... and never got caught doing anything wrong

10. Can you sing the fight song? Never could, never wanted to.

11. Who were your favorite teachers? Mrs. Lochridge, theatre was fun.

12. Where did you sit during lunch? Molly Lane's house

13.What was your school's full name? Honey Grove High School

14. School mascot? The Warriors

15. Did you go to Homecoming and who with? I think it was more of a party. See #5.

16. If you could go back and do it again, would you? Sure... to be skinny again...

17.What do you remember most about graduation? Being the ONLY one who could tie a tie. I had to tie the Preacher boy's tie. Idiots...

18. Where did you go senior skip day? I don't remember having one.

21. Who was your Senior prom date? Rebekah Dixon. All I wanted to do was dance with Erin Bowie.

24. Do you still talk to people from school? Yep. My little Sister Kelly. Other than that, nope... I wonder what Erin is up to....

A change... how shocking

Wow, I still have an account with this stinking thing. I'm just curious to find out if anyone will notice that I updated this thing. I'm fairly certain nobody checks this as it was last updated Aug 23.

What has changed since my last blog.... um nothing. I still have the same job, truck, hobbies, family, dating life, bad habits, and milk in my fridge.

That is all I can actually think of at this moment in time....
